MwPharm++ Release 1.5.4 - Description

MwPharm++/Edsim++ Release 1.5.4 - Description

  • Solved: problem with ATC codes and models

  • Added: TAssayError object for fitting the assay error polynomial function

  • Added: Improvements in fit library concerning weight parameters and correlated bayesian parameters

  • Solved: By default only correlations of fitted parameters are visible ([All] not checked).

  • Added: Add time spent in simulation measurement (in addition to total fit time) in the fit library

  • Changed: quantity of liver function (LF) and renal function (RF) from [None] to [Fraction] with a default unit of [%]

  • Added: Patient cases can now be imported from an Excel workbook by creating EDX copies from the current model

  • Solved: Population correlations are not read from and written to an EDX file

  • Changes: Renamed TAbsorption object in ModelsEDXGamma from EV to PO (MwPharm++ standard)

  • Solved: Weight parameters were not fitted correctly (e.g. TAssayError parameters)

  • Solved: Bayesian fit using population correlation matrix yields incorrect results (correlated bayes option)

  • Solved: MwPharm should not perform a disk write test when a server database is used
  • Solved: Gamma function failed for negative time values caused by small rounding errors.

  • Solved: Exact peak detection sometimes fails with gamma inputs. Added extra safety check

  • Solved: Empty correlations dit not reset correlation element to zero.

  • Solved: T˝weigh parameter must be allowed to (temporary) assume negative values (in TExtWeighting object).

  • Solved: MwPharm should not perform a disk write test when a server database is used
