MwPharm++/Edsim++ Release 1.4.0 - Description

  • This release focuses on the implementation of Target Mediated Drug Disposition (TMDD)

  • Added localization into the Czech and Portuguese languages. This version is available in English, Czech, Dutch, German, Korean and Portuguese languages.

  • A dose calculation using a TAbsorption input connected via one or more transit compartments must use diff. equations.

  • Added flow units mL/h and L/min (in addition to L/h and mL/min)

  • Added font size to simulation plot settings (default 10 pts)

  • Added color option to MultiSim plugin

  • Added XCompartment and XPeripheral objects in which the volume of distribution is shared

  • Added two modes to XScaler object: relative (V/Vpop)^expo and absolute (V)^expo

  • Added XScalerExt object for advanced scaling using a variable exponent

  • Moved "Hidden" property to TSymbol class (CR-161) so that it can also be used to show used or hide unused parameters

  • Reintroduced former variable Hidden property as NoPlot property (see CR-161)

  • Added TBinding and TMCompartment objects for modeling target mediated drug disposition

  • Added new driver variable (external) for TOutput and TTransfer objects (Ax refers to A or Atot, Axx always refers to A)

  • Added ForceMolar property to TObject in order allow selection of molar units only. For use in multi-substance objects

  • Added BaseQuantity property to TQuantity in order to identify all quantities that are based on Amount

  • Added MolValue property to TSymbol for retrieving the symbol value in standard molar units

  • Added MolDelta property to TDifVariable for retrieving the variable delta value in standard molar units

  • Added /day units to Flow, Rate, FRate, BRate (new), SRate (new) quantities. Added alternative molar units (mmol/L = mM)

  • Extended batch simulation (CR-138/CR-216). Now a variable dump (*.var) is compared with a reference (*.sim)

  • Clearing a model while a plugin is active may result in a crash (see PR-248).

  • Saving a model while a plugin is active may be missing the latest data if the current plugin.

  • The "No-Interpolation" flag of interpolated variables (TIntVariable) was not persisted.

  • If the first event in a sequence introduces a discontinuity (injection) at a time > 0, a "small step" exception may occur

  • If a quantity contained many units (more than 255 chars) not all would be displayed in the dropdown list

  • The following properties were not preserved with an object type change: obj.Color, obj.Interactant, sym.Unit, var.Color

  • Allometric scaler, covariate, plot variable, event object and profile variable values could not be cleared
