• Added: Excel patient data import now supports a settings sheets for splitting histories and missing value character

• Added: The liver function in the status screen can now also be set using a classifier (normal, mild, moderate, severe)

• Solved: The scale in the simulation screen will now always start at whole days in case of a date scale (less confusing)
