MwPharm++/Edsim++ Release 1.6.7 - Description

  • Solved: Weight parameters were not fitted correctly in NPEM test series (see also PR-283)

  • Solved: Parameters with correlations cannot be renamed without causing an error

  • Solved: Some ^Key combinations had unwanted side effects (^P, ^R, ^X) because the keypress was not suppressed

  • Solved: Do not generate a test report using ^R or ^X on screens where no [R] button is visible (have no defined report)

  • Solved: CI 95% fails in Edsim++ in no correlations are defined (e.g. without fitting)

  • Solved: Limted the the length of loaded ECX curves to 3000 points (prevents crash with extremely large time series)

  • Solved: The Final() method in te TPolyExp class did not call the Final() method of it base class TPolyMon (incorrect Ncomp-value)

  • Solved: Error in case of a stand-alone TPolyExp model (e.g. KinFitPolyCiclo_IF_C2.edx) caused by fixing PR-305

  • Added: Redesign of FitModel class in NumLib (and ModFit). Classes derived from FitLib must now override Update_Model and Set_Parm

  • Added: Added PopFit (fit population value) and PopCom (common parameter) properties to Parameter class in order to support KinPop++.

  • Added: Edsim++ model adapter class (FitModelEx) has now a more flexible parametrization of the constructor (supports KinPop context)

  • Added: Changed internal representation of correlations in order to support variable population covariances in KinPop++

  • Added: Increased keyboard responsiveness and display refresh during fitting.

  • Added: Shrinkage corr. factor N/(N-P) applied to weigh params and to se of model params if model contains one or more weigh params

  • Added: Changed default parameter adjustment factor (PFactor) from 2.0 to 1.5

  • Added: Added AUC24 and AUC24MIC vars to TIntegrator. This required an update of all dependent simulation reference files *.sim files
